I'd like to float a potential theme for this year's JUA. I feel last year's theme was a little weakened by my inability to focus on one thing. It was too broad to almost be meaningful. I'd like to suggest a theme of "Global Problems, Local Solutions." I'm only concerned though that this one won't be broad enough or that there won't be enough to do in Boston around this.
Thoughts? Can we still offer some of the same topic areas as we have in the past like athletic based ones or artistic based ones?
Also I am planning on an all online portfolio and discussion portal of some kind. Perhaps a blogger interface or some other one hosted at NHS.
